Choose a topic that you need to teach and consider the following questions:
- How can you integrate the topic into the real-life world of your students? What can be the theme of your lesson or a catchy and interesting hook or connection?
- How can you build upon what has been previously learned and make connections to prior knowledge?
- Which senses do you want to engage?
